The launch of Carrie Bac Buster the 1st Antibacterial Super Bodywash and Antibacterial Super Handwash

I attended the Launch of Carrie Bac Buster last week, it was held at KidZania Kuala Lumpur.
My sons are using the Carrie Junior and they are excited when they found out now there's Carrie Bac Buster, the 1st Antibacterial Super Bodywash and Antibacterial Super Handwash range.

Being parent of two boys, I know they are presence of harmful bacteria around us is a cause for concern especially for our children as it could compromise their healthy growth and development. Educating children on good hygiene is the best way to prevent the spread of infections and diseases.
Teaching and reminding our children the principles of proper hygiene can help keep them healthy.
During the event there's performance to see how CARRIE BAC BUSTER fights off the harmful bacteria with its BAC BUSTER power.
You can view my instagram
Video 1 and Video 2, click on the link to view the performance I recorded.

In the practice of personal hygiene, regular hand washing is most important for children. School going children spend a lot time out of home and away from parental supervision. They have many activities and interact with many people and environments. These acts expose them to harmful bacteria that may cause common illness like colds, flu, and gastroenteritis as well as skin and eye infections.

The group photo with the VIPS on stage.

With younger pre-schooler I have four years old that's in Kindergarten. I am sure parents and caregivers still bathe them and thus the adult or parent can ensure a proper clean up. With older kids, my son bathed independently, he takes time to bath to make sure that he's clean. If you have older children that likes to hurry through bathing, you might want to motivate them to clean thoroughly  is very important.

Being parent, I am sure many parents like me are invariably concerned whether their children are washing up properly and whether the cleansing products are truly effective in totally removing harmful bacteria. This is where the solution provided by CARRIE, the leading premium children's personal care brand can really make a difference.

CARRIE BAC BUSTER the 1st Antibacterial Super Bodywash and Antibacterial Super Handwash range specially formulated for children is now launched into the market in Malaysia.

In light of the flooding in the East Coast, Perak and Johor, the need for good hygiene practices among children and adults is even more important as a preventive measure to reduce the spread of communicable air and water-borne diseases. The current cooler weather due to cold north-easterly winds may also contribute to a rise in incidence of the common cold.

The brand collaborates closely with Hospital Sungai Buloh, a noted center of excellence for the prevention and treatment of communicable diseases in Malaysia in developing campaigns that are timely and relevant to current health issues facing the nation.

Dettol pH-Balanced Body Wash Media Launch

above is Mdm. Hina Nagarajan, General Manager of RB Malaysia & Singapore.

Yesterday I attended the Dettol pH-Balanced Body Wash Media Launch at Connextion@Nexus, Bangsar South, it's my first time there. I took LRT Kerinchi then walk to Nexus from there.

above is Mr. Abhishek Chuckarbutty, Marketing Director of RB Malaysia & Singapore

Malaysia's leading germ protection brand, Dettol, The media launch was attended by Dr. Steven Chow, Senior Consultant Dermatologist, celebrity mum Scha Alyahya and corporate partners.

In hot and humid climate in Malaysia, we constantly expose our skin to external elements and the threat of germs and dryness. Environmental factors such as pollution, change in temperature, diet and even harsh household products can strip away the essential lipids on the skin's outer layer. When these natural oils, which act as a protective barrier, become compromised, it makes us susceptible to germs and potentially-harmful pathogens.

Since 1932, Dettol has been at the forefront to  protect the health of consumers by regularly launching new product innovations and improvements to meet the evolving needs of their consumers.

They were chit chat session with Dr. Steven Chow and Scha Alyahya.

The speaker in blue dress in Hunny Madu, above when they are having the pH-test Demonstration.

The pH balance property for Dettol's new pH-Balanced Body Wash was demonstrated live to the audience with the help of a pH pen. I also get to tried out the pH pen on spot and knowing the pH level.
A healthy skin's pH level lies between 4 and 6, which matches Dettol's pH-balanced formulation - ensuring the skin's moisture to remains intact. On the other hand, other body washes and skin products could be acidic pH level (between pH1 and 3) - causing redness, sensitivity and inflammation, or too alkaline pH level (above pH8) - causing extreme dryness and premature aging.

Before the event ends, there is a group photo opportunity.

Dettol pH-Balanced Body Wash is available in 6 variants at retail stores nationwide and is suitable for use by the entire family. Click above for the link of short video I captured.
