5 years old missing boy is Safe!

It is scary to know of this news when I was chatting with a friend in the morning on Facebook. She told me that her friend's friend's kid got kidnapped this morning. Heartbreaking to know of this, apparently the mom was on the way with her 5 years old son to go kindergarten. She was stopped by a man asking for directions. All the sudden the man waving another friend of his him nearby the woman and her child, the man hurry carried the child into the Proton Saga black car.

There was a video too about the kidnapping happening in the morning. The neighbour CCTV captured the kidnapped situation and the mom too was in the car but she was then remove from the car by kidnappers.

It's good to know now the boy is back safe home with his parents. You can see the video above, the Taxi driver send back the kid. I am sure every child would be happy to be back with their parents.

Talking of kindergarten, my 4 yrs old kindergarten has announcement that next year the fee will be RM430 a month, it's been increase by RM100. Thinking of this case, I think continue let my son to study in this kindergarten as the compound has guard house. The guard will check on each car that going in and out of the garden.

Educational Trip to Petrosains KLCC

I received a message in a message book of my 4 years old son. There is Educational Trip to Petrosains KLCC for this coming Tuesday. This day will be closed for the kindergarten.

Itenary is of the field trip is 8am to 3.30pm.

The price of tour price is RM48 which inclusive of morning snacks, lunch, entrance ticket and transportation.

After discussion with my dear, it is our final decision that we only let him join the Kindergarten's field trip next year.

First week of school & kindergarten

My toddler is attending Kindergarten and it's his first week. Sadly today he cried so much when he refuses to go. My dear and I have tried out best to persuade him.

Now my toddler with a habit of changing his Kindergarten uniform only in the car. It also depends on his mood whether he wants to get down from the car or not. It's not easy as my toddler is not well in speech but he is picking up step by step. He is slow speaker just like his brother. It takes time for him to talk, my big boy started talking more when he's 4 yrs old.

It's important to get the children sleep early but it's not going to be easy. Seem my big boy has comes up with terms and conditions when I ask him to do revision on studies. Standard Three this year is going to be a tough year for him as he's weak in BM (Malay) and BC (Chinese). I would say the writing will be tough as he doesn't know many words.

I was told by friend the other school, sons's classmate transferred there in Putra Height. The principle ask the parent to transfer their children because they didn't know Chinese language. I am shocked to know of that, aren't children suppose to be given chance to try before asking them to give up? She told me that her friend's with twin children started Standard One there, the principle was happy when her friend decided to transfer her children to other school.

My son is not good with some subjects so he's going to tuition, even his classmate. I am surprise that even high score students are going to tuition as well. That's why tuition center are depending on children's results to see if they are willing to teach the student or not. Don't be surprise if you find tuition center that like to teach students with good grades as easier for them to pick up.

Next year my toddler be going to Kindergarten, how excited would it be? Well it's no really fun as it would be tough to wake him up. I can never forget my eldest going to kindergarten first year crying in bed, says he's not willing to go etc. It's also time for him to have toilet train for going big project before going to kindergarten, some how my eldest always failed me driving half way we need to turn back because he needs to do big project.

Anyway about school bag left outside tuition centre, it's a tuition centre nearby son's school. It's famous with many children studying there, it's a shop lot type of tuition centre. My friend and I last year headed there, she wanted to request about school holiday activities, the lady didn't invite us in, she also take a look at overall clothing. Yeah, you know it, some people do judge you by what you wear! The lady told us that they only accept all year long student means they don't accept temporary student.

I saw a few times after working hours, the children's school bags would be left outside the tuition centre and nobody look after it. Imagine how dangerous it would be if someone just take a way of the the bags, who is going to be responsible for the lost of school bag and books in bag?! I am sure no parent would want to see their child going back to school without their school bag. 

March time to register children to school?

I am not sure when the time to register children to school is. I called up a school to ask and I was told that need to go online website to register then print out the copy and bring to school. The website given cannot access at all, I was told that only able to access the website in March. Tomorrow is 1st of March does it mean I am able to check the website.

If you know the website does share with me. I check online and saw some mommy blogger mention they did both like go register in school and also register online. Do we need to do both? Can we just register at the school and not online, any advice from mommy that have register children in school.
