Family first? Have you think of you family?

Good evening to dear readers and followers. It's been a busy week indeed, busy lifestyle for me as my boys are school morning class for the youngest and Sean is schooling on afternoon class. That's not all, their tuition timing also different, so busy that I am alone handling both of them.

There's a lot to consider when you want to start a business. Recently some friends seek for my advice whether they should start the business or not. It's important to know whether there's capital for the business or not. Not just that also to look back on the previous business done whether it's been failing or making money. So many aspects that we need to look into also the family too.

Though we says that never give up on any failure. There's failure only there's success however if it's long term of failing, don't you think it's better to let it go. Not everyone is capable of being a business owner. Because of continuous of failing, and there's debt. You wouldn't want to burden your family.

Though I am not the best advisor, I know starting a business it not easy. There's need of cash flow to support the business. For example you are opening up a restaurant, you need to pay for the rent, renovation, staffs, utilities bills. If you have the cash flow that enough to support for the next six months or even longer perhaps you can come up with the proposal just in case you need a bank loan? Just saying...

This is just my personal opinion.

No Matter White/Black, I choose the best quality

Everyone has got busy lifestyle, and it didn't stop me from caring for my sons. It's school holidays school and we know that need to shop for school shoes and back to school stationery. That's not all, busy lifestyle whenever I see there's sales and good deal I would grab the chance to shop.

 Celebrated on 4 October every year, World Animal Day is an international day of action for animal rights and welfare. With a mission to raise the status of animals in order to improve welfare standards around the globe, this annual celebration which dates back to 1925 unites the international animal welfare movement, mobilising it into a global force to make the world a better place for all animals.
To coincide with World Animal Day, Sunway Lagoon’s Wildlife Park – an interactive and educational zoo featuring more than 150 species-specific exhibits of exotic animals and a diverse range of birds, fish, reptiles and mammals from around the world – held a special campaign to promote its initiatives towards sustainability.

Indeed, Sunway Lagoon’s wildlife park is unique in itself and has been long hailed amongst the animal welfare fraternity and families as a must-visit destination. The interactive concept behind the attraction encourages visitors to not only learn about the animals but to get up close and personal with these “friends”.

In recent times, the Wildlife Park at Sunway Lagoon has stepped up efforts towards being more sustainable. Among these, Sunway Lagoon announced its support towards two of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) set by the United Nations. The SDG programme contains a total of 17 goals which the United Nations aims to achieve by the year 2030. We are specially invited to Sunway Lagoon Wildlife Park’s World Animal Day celebrations. Wildlife enthusiasts, both young and old enjoyed a host of activities and initiatives specially curated to mark this meaningful celebration. These included a special appearance by the sun bear cub, a display by the Department of Wildlife and National Parks (PERHILITAN), a multi-animal show, a contest to name the new sun bear cub, a scavenger hunt aptly titled WAD-a-quest and a Save the Earth Pledge Wall, where visitors can mark their pledge towards protecting and preserving Mother Nature.

Students also had the opportunity to participate in the contest to name the Wildlife Park’s new sun bear, and sign the Pledge Wall, which was also set up in the school compound. Pretending and dramatic play drives child development

 Being mom of two boys, now they have turned 12 years old and 7 years old. Time fly and I see that pretending and dramatic play improve child development. They have many roles to play in life as a child. Learning to make jewelry, it's not easy task but they tried by putting each bead and matching the color of beads turn it into beautiful bracelet.

 Importance of role play for kids is that kids learn to solve problems, coordinate, cooperate and think flexibly.

 Education are important but it's good to balance them out by giving them chance to express themselves. For example above Sean being a kid tour guide. He got to learn about the animal names and habitat sharing it with the tourists.

 Talking about tour guide, there was time where he and his brother pretend to be tour guide agent at the KidZania pretending they are making a field trip information.

 Pretending and dramatic play drives child development, the other day we went to a shopping mall. There's information on how to perform CPR and here goes my little one, hands on to learn on rescue and CPR process. It's not an easy tasks but at least he knows of how real real life issues, cultivate social and emotional intelligence. Kids learn about themselves and the world.

Role playing activities encourage children to learn about themselves and the world around them. It builds confidence, creativity, communication, physical development and problem-solving skills. Take example of above my little one, trying to cut up the banana into pieces it helps with improving his motor skills.

My personal ideas and tips on role-playing activities can be anywhere anytime even at home. Each person in the team is given a card which has 4 stamps on it, we need to complete it as fast as possible and we cannot do the same task as we have got the puzzle of frame to get. If we are doing the same task we might getting the same puzzle. This hands on experienced give me a the chance to know more about the KidZ & Tech 3.0, so next time my children are here in KidZania I will know what they have experienced.

Google Malaysia puts it to use by taking kids on an entertaining Emoji Scavenger Hunt that the whole family can enjoy! Using experimental neural network AI to recognize real world objects, players are given an emoji which they must then find in the real world; each step of the hunt is completed when a picture is automatically snapped that corresponds to the prompted emoji. The game confirms it’s a match before they are given the next clue.

 

“At Google we're big on AI and making things smart, and the key to that is machine learning — teaching computers to recognize patterns by looking at many examples, rather than programming it with specific rules,” said Zeffri Yusof, Head of Communications and Public Affairs, Google Malaysia. "Google uses machine learning for tasks like language understanding, translation, speech recognition, computer vision, ranking and recommendations at scale, and we hope experiencing this will make children more interested and curious about AI."

For more hands-on fun, Makeblock invites kids to build a robot of their own using mBots, a do-it-yourself kit that includes simple coding to create a personalised robotic friend. Kids can also test their piloting skills in the exciting Drone Obstacle Challenge, using Airblocks, a magnetically-assembled, programmable flying robot to navigate a customised aerial course!

CELEBRATE THE KOOL-EST RAYA EVER @ SUNWAY LAGOON MALAYSIA

This June School Holidays just over, we have a great time spend at Sunway Lagoon Malaysia.
Early morning, we arrived as early as 8.30am as we are excited about going to Sunway Lagoon. At 9.20am there were the Kool Raya Welcome Dance happening at the main entrance of Sunway Lagoon. Sunway Lagoon welcomes guests to its ‘Kool Raya’ campaign from 15 – 24 June 2018 to celebrate the Kool-est Raya ever!

Sunway Lagoon, Malaysia’s premier multi-park destination located at the heart of Sunway City, is only 30 minutes away from Kuala Lumpur city centre and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). It offers more than 90 attractions across its six parks – Water Park, Amusement Park, Wildlife Park, Extreme Park, Scream Park and its latest addition, Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon. I didn't want to be left out and have a photo session during A Kool Raya Story at the Carousel inside the Sunway Lagoon.

 My son is so excited and he spotted fishes swimming in the aquarium of the shop. He loves to go Sunway Lagoon as it has got the fun family friendly theme park that he likes to play. It was a raining day, it didn't stop us from enjoy ourselves. I bought the rain coat for sons to wear.

 We then head to Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon to wait for SpongeBob & Patrick for the photo session before heading up for the play area.

 It's a splashing good time at SpongeBob Splash Adventure as everyone waited for the big bucket to filled up with water. We didn't wait for the slime time which is at 3.30pm.

 Never enough of playing though there's raining and there's no war between the brothers just love.
Great bonding time for my sons and during this school holidays before back to school.

The Raya Bazaar at the Surf Beach from 12pm – 4pm during the ten-day celebration to indulge in Raya delicacies (Lemang and Ketupat), and partake in a series of fun games and activities such as the Giant Jenga, Anyam Ketupat, 4D Twister, Henna Mehndi and the Tornado Blast Challenge that promises a whirlwind of fun. We enjoyed the Raya Interactive Show at Surf Beach. Though it's raining many people still in the water playing and having a great time.

Not far from Surf Beach, we head to Mali Cove. This is for the younger theme park goers.

 I like Baby Shark and while kids are busy playing water nearby, I head to the Baby Shark cut-out characters at the PinkFong Baby Shark Bash to have this photo taken. Cool things up further and receive a pair of Kool Shades upon purchase of a Baby Shark Combo Meal or PinkFong Baby Shark Ice Cream! There will be special appearances by everyone’s favourite Nickelodeon characters including SpongeBob SquarePants, Patrick Star, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dora the Explorer and Boots.

They also observe a classic Hari Raya Open House @ the Carousel, which will be set inside a rumah kampung in full festive merriment.
