What does this mean?

I cannot believe this, I just did a search for my blog heartrandom.com because I want to know when is the expiration for the domain. I cannot login the hosting anymore because they change server and software. I find out heartrandom.com expiring this September 2010.

Here's another domain I check, my beloved domain iblogaholic.info.
The blogger told me that it is no longer under her account and cannot be renew.

Looks like it that I have lost the blog, here's the latest reply I got from her.

sorry ive been waiting that day i emailed you for information where to forward the domain. i'm really busy you too so sorry for the inconvenience. now i can't renew the domain as it won't show up in my account anymore. i'll resend the money you sent minus the fee from paypal. i believe it will be soon available to godaddy's other user to be bought again.

Can I trust her?

Not long ago I mention that I lose a blog that is iblogaholic.info, this blog I am not able to renew as it expired on 24 May, 2010. The blogger not transfer the domain to me. Yesterday I received an email from her.

It had to be transferred before it expires. godaddy.com doesn't allow transferring of expired domains to other users. it won't let me modify it's setting. I hold no responsibility on having the domain renewed after it expires. if you want it renewed you would have to pay me via paypal so i can renew it for you. sorry for the hassle. that's all I can do for you.

Should I trust her? The hosting is under pink host, so I know that I need to renew soon. I am hoping to have the blog domain transfer to the hosting that I am using. I also email hosting and this blogger about it but both of them not reply me. :(

Recently I won a contest which get myself the new blog and I am happy to tell you my experience in claim this Prize. You can find the detail about the contest I won here.

As stated in the Prize that the hosting has got Fantastico and when I questioned the blogger that given me the Prize. I was told to google search on how to install wordpress to PinkHost. I will be very happy if I can just find the answer that I want.

I try to install manually and it is not success at all. I try asking for friends help and most of them do not know how to install manually. Except one which is very busy with maintain 13 blogs which making money for him.

I am glad that I emailed to support and I got their feedback the next day. Without them I cannot do anything to start blogging. For some blogger it is easy for them to do it but for me I am first time installed the wordpress to CPanel.
