Wok-fried Chicken in Wine
Ingredients:
half chicken, cut into pieces
4 tbsp oil, 100g ginger, finely chopped
Marinade:
3 tbsp glutinous rice wine
1 1/2 tbsp salt, 1 tsp sugar
Dash of pepper and sesame oil
1 tbsp corn flour
above is half chicken marinade and marinate for 3 hours.
Method:
1. Mix half chicken with marinade and marinate for 3 hours
2. Heat up oil, saute chopped ginger until golden brown and crispy. Dish and drain.
3. Leave 1 tbsp oil in wok, wok-fry chicken at low heat until lightly brown and cooked. Dish up, sprinkle fried ginger on top and serve.
