I don't know if anyone having this experience or just me. I never have this feeling of headache when menstrual period about to come. I have terrible headache when I have menstrual period. It happened only when I started age 30s. No kidding it's terrible feeling that I have terrible pain in my head. I don't know why this happen, then I Google to see it's not just me alone.
Though today still having my menstrual period, lucky I don't feel headache anymore.

DeleteMe too but after I drink tea, It gone already.
ReplyDeletetea? what kind of tea?
DeleteI do experienced it a couple of times. Some people took panadol or ponstance.
ReplyDeleteHowever, perhaps you should try drinking tea as what 'Miss Anonymous' mentioned above.
But .... some elderly Chinese people advise not to drink tea during menstrual 'too cooling'.
I am not sure does it applies to Malaysia, our weather here is hot compared to China olden days ...
I can't take all tea, it make me wide awake at night.
DeleteI hope you're feeling better now :D
