Do you use mask powder type?

I have acne on my face and just now I used the powder type of mask which I need to add water in. It is nice on my face but in the end I need to peel it off. It becomes hard so it is painful if you rub it. I think you cannot rub it but just slowly peel it.

Some people say that you cannot poke or squeeze out the pimple but for me I need to because the acne will become dark then will turn out black on my face. So I will have extra black moles on my face.
